One end is hollowed out and contains writing desk and benches. The other end is an animal cage." Handwritten on back: "Detroit, July 1, 16. Dear Clarence, We let the little car go & over here after another its a little more roomy & costs $45.00 more. There won't be any 4 ride in the back seat if it is 4" wider. Until we come to your town it might do then, haha. Wish you & Harry was here to take a ride home. How's the girls. Uncle Arthur." Card is postmarked July 1, 1916. Printed on back: "C.T. Co., Chicago, A-2718."
