Lake at Clark Park

Printed on front: "Lake in Clark's Park, Detroit, Mich." Printed on back: "Clark's Park is situated on Clark, Scotten and Dix Avenues. Half of it was donated by John P. Clark in 1890 and the balance purchased by the city. It comprises 23 acres and is one of the many beautiful parks in the city. Band concerts are given at regular intervals during the summer season." Handwritten on back: "Dearest friend, I got home all right and am as busy as can be. Different ones called up and wanted to know how you was. I got along all right downtown did not have any trouble. I am sorry I came home. I wish I had stayed with you. They washed yesterday afternoon and I hung them out this morning. Your friend, Mrs. Bittner." Card is postmarked May 8, 1910.
