Recorded on map: "Part of lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, block C of part of the easterly 1/2 of that part of the Cabacier Farm, which lies south of the Chicago Road, as divided into lots for Oliver Newberry, proprietor, recorded in Liber 43 of deeds, page 658, and also part of lot 31 of the subdivision of lot 2 of the subdivision of private claim 27 recorded in Liber 137 of deeds, page 70, said parcel being more particularly described as follows: to-wit: beginning at a point on the southerly line of Abbott Street, distant N. 60 [degrees] E. 98.29 ft. from the southeasterly corner of Abbott and Twelfth Streets; thence along the southerly line of Abbott Street, N. 60 [degrees] E. 124.72 ft. to a point in the northerly line of lot 31; thence along a line parallel to and 3.00 ft. easterly from the face of an existing two-story brick building now standing on the premises, S. 29 [degrees] 41'40" E. 131.00 ft. to the boundary of a public alley; thence along said line, S. 60 [degrees] W. 113.68 ft. and S. 22 [degrees] 43' E. 4.03 ft. and S. 60 [degrees] W. 27.10 ft.; thence parallel to the easterly line of Twelfth Street, N. 22 [degrees] 43' W. 136.10 ft. to the place of beginning.
