One-story and four-story brick buildings, located at 1355 and 1365 E. Larned, parcels 16 and 17, in the area bounded by Hastings/Dequindre/Larned/Congress, site 3-S-1. Viewed at an angle across street. Overhead door with panel van inside 1355; small-paned windows across building front. 1365 has sign reading "Telfer Coffee Co." Clapboard house is built up to 1355. Cars parked by curbs. Handwritten on front: "Par. 16, 17, 1355 & 65 Larned, 9-27-51."
