Shingle-sided colonial with shed-roofed addition and one-story concrete-block addition in rear. Very close to neighboring brick house. Storm window propped open on upper window. Cars and truck with utility cable spools parked on street and in adjacent lot. Viewed at an angle across street. Handwritten on front: "Par. 67, 980 E. Congress, 9-29-51."
