Sign on building: "Luncheonette, sodas, Sealtest ice cream." Building has decorative shingles on front gable and rounded arch windows on second level. A portion of building has brick facade; several doors lean against building. Handwritten on front: "Par. 20, 2237-43 St. Aubin, 9-5-50."
