Made in Germany." Handwritten on back: "Sept. 22, '08. Well how is everybody today? This is where I am going canoeing some day. It is a quarter to seven now and I am going out for a walk before breakfast. This is going to be another hot day. Hot and sultry. The sweat rolls off me sitting down. Will write soon, with love, E.A.S. How did Mother get home alright." Card is postmarked September 22, 1908.
