Printed on back: "The Hotel Cadillac has enjoyed the reputation of being one of the best hostelries in Michigan. It occupies the entire frontage of Michigan Avenue between Washington Boulevard and Shelby Street and contains 300 rooms with a capacity of over 600 persons. The property was constructed by the late Daniel Scotten and is still owned by the heirs of his estate."
