Letter from William K. Divers, the regional representative of the National Housing Authority. Letter in response to the wishes Charles N. Agree, Inc. architectural firm to submit an application for inclusion in the defense housing project in the Detroit area. Colonel F. Charles Starr is noted as having authority in the decision. Printed on letterhead for the National Housing Agency, Federal Public Housing Authority. On lower left-hand corner of the page is a small image of a colonial soldier with a rifle. With the text: "For victory: buy United States bonds and stamps."
