Gold-colored electric clock suspended from Book building ceiling. Three cherubs at bottom, two holding up clock and third in flight. Printed on front: "The Book building, Detroit, the master clock." Printed on back: The Book building, Washington Blvd., Detroit, Mich. The master clock. Every office and shop in the Book building is equipped with an electric clock, all of which are regulated by the master clock. This is a valuable feature as correct time is very important to everyone. The symbolic feature of clock represents flight of time." Printed on back: "C.T. Co., Chicago, R-68936." Handwritten on back in upper right corner: "1/27/28."
