For many years a Baptist church occupied this spot. This will be one of the finest skyscrapers in the country, of ornate design and 22 stories in height. The building is expected to cost $1,500,000.00., No. 268." Handwritten on back: "Recd your card glad to hear from you, how is everything? I like the west so well that I intend to go out further and do not expect to see ... until after 1915. ... #527 Y.M.C.A. Ray V.H." Card is postmarked December 1, 1913.
