Printed on back: "St. Joseph's Catholic Church, corner of Jay and Orleans Sts. founded in 1856 was formerly a frame building on Gratiot Ave. directly across the street from the present handsome building, which was erected in 1883. The parochial school on the opposite corner is for boys and girls up to the 5th grade and is conducted by the Sisters of the church. 271, published by A.C. Dietsche, Detroit, Mich.
