Front and side view of St. Anthony's Catholic Church; facade has two bell towers and rose window. Printed on front: "St. Anthony Catholic Church, Detroit, Mich." Printed on back: "St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Corner Farnsworth and Sheridan Avenues, was built in 1901, and is one of the many handsome churches to be found on the East Side. the congregation is composed largely of Germans." Handwritten on back: "Dear Viola, Your welcome card received and now I will answer it. I am going to the city school this year and like it very much. I am in the eighth grade. I went to the fair Monday. Your truly, Isabell Pearson. Best regards from us all." Card is postmarked September 24, 1913.
