View of Wayne County Building. Printed on front: "Wayne County building, Detroit, Mich." Printed on back: "Wayne Co. building, Detroit, Mich. The Wayne County building faces the east end of Cadillac Square and was built in 1897 at a cost of $1,625,000. The site cost $550,000. It is the county seat of Wayne County and the county offices and courts are located in this building. C.T. Co., Chicago, A-17399." Handwritten on back: "Dear Mother, just a line. My cold is some better today it's cold here. How is everybody out there, did they get the oats in yet. Tell Celie the kid always keep saying yes, yes like he told him OK. He is a card. Write soon, Anna." Card is postmarked August 27, 1915.
