Printed on front: "Woodward Ave. Baptist Church, Detroit, Mich." Printed on back: "Woodward Avenue Baptist Church situated at the corner of Woodward Avenue and Winder Street, is one of the finest examples of church architecture in Detroit. It is built of stone and the auditorium, planned closely after an old cathedral, is an imposing and spacious one. Though originally in a residence district, the church is now well inside the business portion of the city." Handwritten on back: "Detroit, June 25, 1912. Dear Aunt Mary, We hope to get into a place of our own soon. Things seem to be coming our way. Saw Aunt S. Sunday. She is well. With love, Mabel." Card is postmarked June 26, 1912.
