Sign in foreground reads: "Red Trail Bridge erected by the cities between Fargo, North Dakota & Fallon, Montana for the National Parks Transcontinental Highway Association in cooperation with Billings County, Montana. Commissioners E.D. Peck, W.M. Neuens, C.E. Cessaman, county auditor, J.A. Beery." The tour was also known as the Hupmobile Capital-to-Capital tour.
