View of cars lined up in street during the 1912 Glidden Tour. Commercial buildings and signs for Roe's Garage and O.B. Satterley bicycle repair shop in background. Although the official 1912 Glidden Tour was canceled, Charles Glidden led a caravan over the identical route that had been originally planned, from Detroit, Michigan to New Orleans, Louisiana. Handwritten on back: "Tours--Glidden Tour, 1912."
