Stamped on back: "Manning Bros., commercial photographers. 504-505 Lincoln Building. Corner State and Park Sts., Detroit, Mich." Typed on back: "Reservoir no. 2, Water Works Park. 36" steel sewer, east side of reservoir no. 2 before encasing in concrete. Tested to 28 lbs. hydrostatic pressure."
