Brick house has sign "Mrs. Kitching Park Intelligence Office" over upper entrance, "Office" on display window on lower level. A-frame sign in front of brick house. Also have print from negative. Handwritten on albumen print mat back: "10/27/97. Houses 110 and 112 Washington Ave. 110 was probably erected about 1843. Boden-Anscomb house or houses. Tin box." Recorded in glass negative ledger: "Streets-Washington Blvd.; also D/Historic houses-Boden-Anscomb."
