Horse-drawn vehicles on both streets. Other signs include: Kirchberg, Winterhalter, & Keenan, furniture; M.C. Wall, millinery; meat market; boot and shoe house; Fred Bamford, painting and wallpaper; Edwin M. Wright, dental rooms. Also have print from negative. Printed on albumen cabinet card back: "New series. Panoramic and cabinet sketches, in and about the city of Detroit. Photographed and published by Jex Bardwell, 31 Monroe Avenue." Handwritten on cabinet card back: "Woodward Ave. from Grand River to Clifford Sts. 1876." Edges and corners of cabinet card and print worn.
