View of the statue of Cadillac carved by Julius T. Melchers after a model by John M. Donaldson in a stone niche at the Detroit City Hall. The statue was removed in 1955 when the building came down and ended up at Wayne State University in 1974. Recorded in lantern slide ledger: "D/Monuments-Cadillac monument."
