Printed on back: "The Griswold House is one of the leading hotels in Detroit, conducted by Postal & Morey, and is situated at the corner of Griswold and Grand River. The hotel has 160 rooms for guests and is conducted in connection with the Oriental, a short distance away. It is especially popular with Michigan people." Handwritten on back: "Dear Nina, I haven't had a chance to go to Mrs. Greenwoods yet, but when I do go I will write and tell you. I may go tomorrow. With love to all, Nettie." Card is postmarked January 26, 1911.
