The Central high school, situated on Cass Ave., is the the leading public school of Detroit. The building and grounds occupy a complete block and the site cost the Board of Education $130,350. The addition shown on the left was completed in 1908 at a cost of $250,000. The buildings represent an investment of three quarters of a million." Handwritten on back: "Dear Till: I suppose you miss me. I think of you all every day. I wonder what you are doing and I miss the baby very much. I am having a very nice time. This is some busy city.
