View of the World's Fair Automobile Speed Contest trophy cup which was awarded to Webb Jay, driving the White Steamer called "Whistling Billy." Inscribed on cup: "World's Fair Automobile Speed Contest, Aug. 21, 1904, 1st prize, 5 mile stock car race won by Webb Jay, 10 h.p. White touring car, time, 7.5 1/5." Stamped on back: "Photographic illustration by Nick Lazarnick, 230 Park Ave., N.Y." Handwritten on back: "White steamer Whistling Billy and some trophies it won. Believe this was 1904 St. Louis Fair. Trophies."
